Trail running enthusiasts will appreciate the addition of Workouts for Trail Running. This feature enables users to design custom workout plans in Trail Run mode and set elevation goals for a tailored trail running experience.
Seamless Integration with Third-Party Apps
Coros expands compatibility with popular third-party apps, enabling automatic upload of unique Coros data to Strava activity notes. This integration covers a wide range of activities, including running, treadmills, trail running, track running, outdoor climbing, indoor climbing, and jump rope.
Stryd Next-Gen Metric Support for Advanced Insights
Coros Watch users can now harness Stryd’s new “Impact Loading Rate” metric, viewing it in the Coros App. The pre-existing platform sync transfers data to Stryd’s app, allowing users to analyze their “Lower Body Stress Score.”

This firmware update will be accessible to all Coros users starting from August 28th. Users can effortlessly download the update through the companion Coros iOS and Google Play mobile apps.
Note: The Turn-by-Turn feature will be available in public beta for approximately 3-6 months. This testing phase will ensure optimal performance across all scenarios before the feature is fully rolled out to global users.
