I cannot figure out how to inflate the Klymit inflatable dog bed. The inflate valve is large and impossible to blow into. The pad does not self inflate. What gives?

Thanks for the question. I reached out to Klymit and this is their response:
“I am sorry to hear you have someone struggling with the Moon Dog Bed. I haven’t received that specific feedback before. You should be able to inflate the Moon Dog Bed by mouth (make sure the valve is switched to the inflate side). It is correct that the pad does not self inflate. I know some users prefer to use an electric pump to inflate the bed.
