In the winter, style sometimes goes out the window. Thankful for us guys, Mountain Khakis has helped us put a little style into our lives, even when it’s 5 degrees out. The Mountain Khakis Christopher Fleece Lined shirt is just like it sounds, a fleece lined flannel.
If you haven’t looked around lately, you might have missed the flannel movement. Flannel is in, and not just for us outdoorsy folks. That means you won’t only look like you belong to the gang of outdoorsy at your local brewery, but you might actually fit in with the more common folk, at least for the next 6 months.
Technical Use
While I mostly used the Mountain Khakis Christopher Fleece Lined shirt for casual use, I had the chance to use this shirt for a few winter hikes. The MK Christopher Shirt performs good with a t-shirt in temperatures down to about 30 F for most guys, but I wouldn’t go into temperatures much colder.
The fit of the MK Christopher shirt is somewhat loose, which is neither good nor bad since it’s more focused on casual use.
Mountain Khakis Continues to add style to traditional clothing
As we all know, the flannel is nothing new when it comes to men’s style, so finding a way to add some flare to this traditional piece is nice to see. One thing that Mountain Khakis has always done well is provide an updated look to older styles, which I tend to sway towards.
The Mountain Khakis Look and Feel
One thing that I have always respected with Mountain Khakis is that they have stayed true to their core of providing quality clothing for people that love the mountains. If you haven’t had a chance to step into a pair of their pants or try on one of their shirts, I highly recommend you do so.
