Mountain Khakis Men’s Camber 107 Review
If it’s pants you’re looking for, Mountain Khakis is the name and pants are their game(and other things too…). The Mountain Khakis Men’s Camber 107 pants are for the guy that likes to blend both fashion and outdoor function. These pants have the built in technical features that the outdoorsman likes but aren’t as hearty as some of the previous models by Mountain Khakis, which means more style.
Features Worth Noting
The most prominent feature on the Mountain Khakis Men’s Camber 107 is the articulation of the fabric in the knee area. One of the challenges with straight legged pants is that if you are bending or kneeling down, you are often times restricted by the pants unless they are baggy. By offering articulation in the knees, you can do a full bend in these pants with no problem. I recently moved and as we all know, there is a lot of bending down and up picking up boxes, couches, beds, and a millions of other things. During this time, I found the pants to move with me instead of restricting me which was great if you are active in your pants but don’t want to wear sweatpants. I also found this to be true while shoveling snow, cutting firewood, and other activities.
Mudflaps?

Double stitching
One of the areas in a pair of pants that wears out first in a pair of pants in the back of the cuff near the heel of the shoe. This part often drags on the ground and takes the most abuse. To protect against premature breakdown of the cuffs or mudflaps as Mountain Khakis refers to them as, they used a thicker material that will hold up longer over time.
Pockets For All
For those who like a pocket for everything in their pants, Mountain Khakis has been thinking of you. There are a total of 6 pockets in these pants. Two large front pockets, a side pocket for a cell phone, two standard size back pockets, and a little pocket up front for those small valuables. For those with a large cell phone like an iPhone 6 or Samsung Galaxy 5, worry not as the cell phone pocket can accommodate these phones with a case on and still have a little room to spare.
Double and Triple Stitching

Double stitching
To ensure longevity with durability, Mountain Khakis uses a double in triple stitch in most of the seems on the Camber 107 Pants. This helps the pants hold up against more rugged use helping keep seems from splitting. The nice thing is that they added the seems without sacrificing style.
Mountain Khakis Men’s Camber 107 Style
If it’s skinny jeans you’re looking for, run far far away! No, these are not gangster style pants, but they are a little baggier than you’re typical pair of jeans or khakis. If you’re familiar with Mountain Khakis fit, these fit between the Broadway and the relaxed fit. I have always found the Broadway style to be a little snug for my taste and the relaxed fit can be considered too baggy by some, so this is the perfect blend…
For styling, I find the Mountain Khakis Mne’s Camber 107 pants to lean more toward the rugged look than the standard khakis that you can go out to a nice restaurant in. This is primarily due to the articulation in the knee area as the fabric layout stands out a decent amount.

Mountain Khaki Label
As in most Mountain Khakis products, they spend a good amount of time focusing on the details such as the tag on the back and the small buttons and rivets.

Buffalo Rivets
Sizing
I have always found that Mountain Khakis have fit a tad on the small side. I typically wear a size 32×32 or 33×32 in my pants, but I have to size up to a 34×32 in Mountain Khakis. I also have other friends that find this to be true, so please keep this in mind if you are ordering online.
Final Thoughts
As I have tested a number of Mountain Khakis products, I am happy to report back that these pants continue to fit the mold of the stellar product line by Mountain Khakis. One of the main reasons for my love for Mountain Khakis is that they have always done a nice job of blending fashion and function for the outdoors person. Think of it as JCrew meets Carhartt. Yes, I did just go there… For more information on the Mountain Khakis Camber 107 Pants and other products, visit MountainKhakis.com.
