prAna Grace Jacket Review
What is orange, fuzzy, and bound to keep you warm this fall season? The answer is…the Grace Jacket by prAna in the lovely hue of Picante, featured below.
The Grace Jacket is bound to win you over on the first chilly day in your area thanks to the super plush sherpa lining that is featured not only at the oversized collar, but also throughout the body and arms of the jacket. The sherpa lining is made from standard wool and gives the jacket some added warmth as well as a luxurious feel against your bare skin. The outer layer of the Grace Jacket is composed of an acrylic jersey knit that gives the jacket a casual feel. The jacket is not intended to face the elements, as it does not feature a treated outer layer with DWR, etc. Rather, the Grace Jacket is designed for casual use and to layer up on cool-dry day. I feel that it serves as a more fashionable alternative to a fleece jacket thanks to its’ feminine cut with the bottom hem hitting just above the hips. If the temps drop while you are out and about, the large collar and be fastened or popped upwards and kept in place with the provided elastic loop closures. Or you can toss on your favorite scarf to fill the gap that the large collar leaves.

The Grace Jacket in Winter
If burnt orange is not the color for you, the Grace Jacket also comes in more neutral colors such as Olive, Black, and Winter (aka white). I personally loved the Picantue hue as it reminds me of the changing leaves of fall, a great time of year. The Grace Jacket ran true to size and allows the wearer to place a layer or two underneath without feeling super bulky or too tight. The jacket is available in XS to XL and retails for $135. The Grace Jacket has added a bit of color and style to my athletic or sporty dominated jacket collection. Look for the Grace Jacket in the links below or at a store near you.
