Styling with Toad&Co Spring 16

As spring gets into full swing, Toad&Co has an offering for men that provides a stylish blend between outdoorsyness and a get up that will help you keep up with the Jones when you’re out to a nice dinner. I had the opportunity to try out a few items from the spring 16 lineup of Toad&Co to be brutally honest, I was impressed! In specific, I tried out the Maneuver long sleeve shirt and the Mission Ridge Khakis, both of which embody a high quality finish while still giving you some outdoorsy style.

Toad&Co Maneuver Long Sleeve Shirt – $79

The Maneuver long sleeve shirt adds a little flair to the standard plaid shirt in that it only shows the top two buttons of the shirt. No, this style probably won’t make you stand out and get you that promotion you’ve been looking for at work, but it’s a nice way to keep you from looking like every other joe at the neighborhood bbq. Aside from the look, the Maneuver long sleeve shirt has a great fit that looks good tucked in or out. I’ve worn the shirt in a business casual work environment tucked without having the awkward feeling of thinking that you stick out like a sore thumb. Living in a mountain town, Steamboat Springs, dress clothes and suits aren’t encouraged much as we like our laid back and active lifestyles.

The fabric of the Toad&Co Maneuver Long Sleeve Shirt is made from 96.5% organic Cotton and 3.5% spandex.

Toad&Co Mission Ridge Pants – $69

The Toad&Co Mission Ridge Pant has quickly become my FAVORITE do it all khakis. These khakis have one of the best fits around as they haven’t followed the trend of skinny legs. Sorry, no skinny jeans(or khakis) for this guy. The also aren’t overly baggy how some of the relaxed pants fit. The Mission Ridge Pants follow the Toad&Co Spring 16 style in that they work great for everyday life including casual work environments, neighborhood bbq’s, fancy dinners, and having one of your favorite beverages at your local brewery.

The Mission Ridge Pants are 77% organic cotton, 21% polyester, and 2% spandex that helps the pant breathe on warmer days and stretch and move with your every stride. If you find yourself out in the sun for extended periods, it’s comforting to know these pants are UPF 40+ rated which helps keep the sun’s rays from getting through your pants.
