Polarmax TransDRY Cotton Boxer Brief Review
Finding a good boxer brief isn’t always the easiest thing to do for men. For us active men, we typically want something that will keep us secure while keeping us dry. When I first heard that I was getting a pair of boxers that were cotton and they were going to keep me dry, I had my doubts. Over the last few years, Polarmax has been coming out with products that are cotton based and claimed to be comfortable and wick moisture away. The first time I tried on a shirt with the older style, it just didn’t work for me. This time around, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by fit and performance of the Polarmax TransDRY Cotton Boxer Brief.
To start, if a boxer doesn’t fit right, it won’t matter if it wicks moisture away or not. The fit is just right in the Polarmax boxer Briefs. I am a 32 waist with a regular build and I found the medium to be perfect. For other body types, I can’t guarantee fit, but it is sure worth a try. As for performance, I tested the boxer briefs out while running, snowshoeing, skiing, hiking, and wearing them plenty for everyday use. The verdict; Drum roll… Great! I found the Polarmax Boxer Briefs to keep me dry by pulling away the moisture from my skin which helped keep me comfortable during my activities and wearing them casually. They also helped prevent chaffing as well while on long runs. I did test them out during the winter, so I cannot attest to the summer months for running. Overall, I was very happy with the fit, performance and looks of the Polarmax TransDRY Cotton Boxer Brief.
With a price point of $29.95, the boxer brief comes in at the right price.
