  • Hi I bought a Ticwatch, & it is only wanting to work in China with Chinese software?
I'm outside of China and speak only English. Do I need to send it back.
I can't read Chinese and the symbols are not enough...
    Thanks.

    • Hi Elizabeth,

Thanks for the question. From my understanding the Chinese version of Ticwatch is just that, Chinese, and does not display the English Language. Your best bet would be to contact Mobvoi directly and get their advice as to the best possibly resolution. support@mobvoi.com or 888-830-9974
