Even the delivery person’s rough handling couldn’t disturb the dryer’s peaceful slumber. As I peeled away the layers of packaging, the dryer emerged unscathed, with not a scratch or dent to be found. It was a testament to the manufacturer’s commitment to quality and attention to detail.

In the pictures above I have demonstrated the capacity with standard body towels. In which, one fits great, two is a bit of a squeeze and three would never get dry. The claimed eight t-shirts is doable, but 3 peoples daily outfits would not be. Optimal usable capacity in my opinion lands on two towels, or a daily outfit, such as jeans, shirts and under garments.

The Morus Zero Portable Dryer has a shoe setting that keeps the drum from spinning and uses a gentle, yet powerful, warm air flow to dry out shoes. While not as effective as something like a DryGuy that gets inserted into the shoe itself, the Morus does get the job done.
Let’s discuss potentially taking this into the outdoors and whether or not it makes sense for camping or other outdoor adventures. The Morus Dryer can run off of a battery generator, but there’s a catch. The Morus Zero requires a generator with a minimum output of 1500 watts, anything lower and the dryer will stall out. This is an important consideration for those looking to use the Morus Zero in an off-grid environment.
While the ability to run on a battery generator is a great feature, it does come with some drawbacks. The most significant downside is that it severely decreases the run time of even the largest capacity battery generators. This means that if you plan on using the Morus Zero in an off-grid setting, you’ll need to bring along your solar panels to charge up your battery generator after you’re done using the dryer. This may seem like a hassle, but if having a dryer on your outdoor adventure is a priority, then it’s a small price to pay for the convenience.
