Question – How would this boot hold up for a long-haul hike? ~200 miles?

    Hi Becks!

Thanks for the question! I would say the intended use for the Mountain 600 is more day hikes. If you are planning a multiday backpacking trip and carrying a good amount of weight, the better option is the Danner Crater Rim. There’s also the newer Panorama that falls into the middle ground between Crater Rim and Mountain 600, with more of an entry-level price point. That being said, the Trail 2650 was designed for those doing long thru hikes like the PCT and they carry weight, so some personal preference will come into play here.
