The Cody slip-ons, by Sorel, are hands down one of the most comfortable casual shoes we have tested. Fall and winter have come early here in Colorado. As a result, we have been turning to the Cody for walks with the dogs in the rain/snow, for around town use, and as post hiking shoes. The Cody features a Scotchguard upper that is composed of nylon and leather; the upper repels water and looks great even after a good soaking. The best feature is the cozy polyester fleece lining that provides ultimate insulation, while also remaining breathable. The rubber outsole has excellent traction on ice and slick rocks. Testers recommended that interested buyers drop down a half size from their running or hiking shoe size, as they run a tad big and cannot be adjusted due to their slip on nature. In the numerous days that we have tested the Cody, we have received many inquiries about where we purchased our shoes and how comfortable they looked. Here at ActiveGearReview, we think that the Cody, in the color bark, is going to be a hot item as the temperatures continue to drop.
