Smartwool Daisy Socks Review
Our friends over at Smartwool have made it their mission to keep our feet comfortable and healthy with their custom blend of super comfy Merino wool. With a corporate headquarters based in family-friendly Steamboat Springs, Colorado, it should come as no surprise that they also offer their socks for children as well. In fact, the kids line of socks at Smartwool is nearly as extensive as the adult line, with designs and lengths to accommodate a wide array of activities and conditions. Their fun and creative print designs will likely make them your kids’ favorites.
Part of the Kids For Kids Gallery program, the Daisy Socks match the Daisy Hat that we have also tested with our two year old daughter. The Daisy design was inspired by fields of Colorado wildflowers that are common across our beautiful state. The sock knit is made up of 71% Merino Wool, 27% Nylon, 2% Elastane, and they feature a supportive arch brace for optimized fit and performance. They come in three colors: Peony (purple and orange), Blueprint (blue and yellow), and Grape, and are available in four sizes: Extra Small, Small, Medium, and Large. The Extra Small fit our two year old well, and should give her a little room to grow. As with all Smartwool products, the Daisy Socks stand up well to the washing machine.
