Some supplement brands talk a big game about being “clean.” Elevate Organic is one of the few that actually builds their entire identity around it.
Elevate is a wellness brand focused on organic, grass‑fed, and regenerative ingredients…meaning they care just as much about where their ingredients come from and how they’re grown as they do about what they’re supposed to do for your body. Think thoughtfully sourced proteins, functional herbs, and formulas that read more like a nutrition textbook than a slick sales pitch.
My wife and I spent three weeks testing out a lineup from Elevate to see if that philosophy actually translated into performance results. We went in with pretty high hopes. The packaging looks premium, the ingredient lists read like a wellness encyclopedia, and the promises of “regenerative” this and “organic” that definitely caught our attention. We’re very active…running, cycling, hiking, hitting the gym, trying to keep up with life…so we’re always looking for that extra little edge.
Here’s the breakdown of how it went for us.
Elevate Organic Men’s Protein (Vanilla)
Okay, first things first…the shake test. If you’ve ever had a protein shake that clumped up so bad it felt like swallowing wet cement, you know my pain. I was surprised by this one. I tossed a scoop of the Vanilla into my shaker bottle with just water (the ultimate test, right?), gave it a few aggressive shakes, and…smooth. Like, actually smooth.
The taste was solid, too. Not that weird, chemical-fake vanilla that lingers in your mouth for three hours. It was clean.

The “Science” Stuff: On paper, this stuff is a beast. It’s got 22g of grass-fed protein, which is a great number for recovery. But then they throw in the kitchen sink:
- Fermented KSM-66® Ashwagandha: Supposed to help with testosterone and endurance.
- Acti Veda™: A fancy blend of super fruits/spices that claims to boost efficacy by 150%.
- Bacillus subtilis & Tribulus: For gut health and “drive.”
My Reality: I drank this religiously for three weeks. Did I enjoy it? Absolutely. It was an easy, tasty way to hit my protein macros without feeling bloated (thanks to no artificial fillers, I assume).

But did I feel like a superhero? If I’m being real, I couldn’t tell. I didn’t suddenly bench press a truck or feel a massive surge in “drive.” I felt…good. Recovered. Normal. Maybe my body chemistry just needs a harder kick, or maybe the effects are more subtle and long-term. If you’re a guy who looks at ingredient labels and geeks out over having the absolute best, scientifically-backed stuff entering your system, this is a winner. The quality is undeniable.
Elevate Organic Women’s Protein (Chocolate)
My wife took the Chocolate tub, and her experience was pretty similar to mine, just with a different flavor profile. She’s usually super sensitive to protein powders…a lot of them make her feel heavy or upset her stomach. She mentioned a few times that this one was incredibly gentle. That’s probably the Bacillus subtilis AB22 doing its job (it’s a probiotic that helps with digestion).

The “Science” Stuff:
- 20g Protein: Solid amount for lean muscle.
- Shatavari & KSM-66: Designed for “hormonal harmony” and stress balance.
- Acti Veda™: Again, that absorption booster.
Her Reality: She loved the Chocolate flavor. She said it tasted like an actual treat rather than a chore, which is half the battle with supplements. As for the “hormonal harmony” and stress relief? She didn’t notice a drastic shift in her mood or cycle during the month.

She liked it, and she felt fueled for her workouts, but she wasn’t sure if the specific “women’s wellness” blend was doing heavy lifting or if it was just the benefit of getting high-quality clean protein in general.
Elevate Organic Regenerative Ashwagandha (Mixed Berry)
Alright, the Ashwagandha gummies. These are formulated with Fermented KSM-66® Ashwagandha and that same Acti Veda™ blend. The idea is that fermenting the Ashwagandha makes it more potent and easier to digest.
My wife claimed this bottle. She went through the entire thing…bottom of the jar type stuff.
The Verdict: They taste nice…almost like a berry red vine licorice flavor. If you have a sweet tooth, these could be a dangerous way to take your supplements because you’ll want to eat five of them. The Mixed Berry flavor is on point.
However, regarding the effects…stress reduction, focus, emotional balance…she didn’t really notice a change. She didn’t feel worse, but she didn’t feel a wave of “Zen” either. Ashwagandha is tricky; for some people, it’s life-changing. For others, it’s just…there.

If you know Ashwagandha works for you and you’ve had luck with it in the past, this is probably the tastiest and highest-quality way you can take it. The regenerative organic certification is a huge plus for the planet, which feels good even if you don’t feel the buzz.
The Bottom Line on Elevate Organic
Here is the thing: Elevate makes undeniably high-quality products. You can tell just by looking at the powder and tasting it…there’s no junk in there. But there is a premium price tag attached to that quality.
For us, personally? We probably won’t continue buying them simply because we didn’t feel enough of a specific, tangible difference in our day-to-day performance to justify the extra cost over a standard clean protein.
However, bodies are weird. What was just “good” for us might be “life-changing” for you. So, if you have the budget and you want to ensure you are putting the absolute cleanest, most scientifically thoughtful ingredients into your body, these are absolutely worth a try. You might just find they’re the missing puzzle piece for your active lifestyle. For more info or to try some for yourself, visit elevateorganic.com or amazon.com.
