Continuing with the production of its minimum stitch running shoes, Nike introduces the LunarGlide +2. By using an environmentally friendly adhesive, Nike is able to minimize weak points in the shoes while keeping a firm-sturdy structure to the shoe. The LunarGlide +2 is constantly adjusting to your stride whether you are looking for a longer more supportive ride or a more springy response that you look for on faster training runs such as a tempo run. To assist in the structure of this shoe, Nike has decided to use a strong fly-wire panel along the sides of the upper which also allows the shoe to breathe well. For a support shoe, our testers found the EVA midsole firmness to be just right, keeping them from over-pronating without feeling overly obtrusive, but those needing mild support found the shoe to be a little stiff. If you liked the first version of the LunarGlide, we found the LunarGlide +2 to be very similar.
