The Saucony ProGrid Triumph 7 is a great option for runners looking for a neutral shoe that gives you the close to ground-low profile feel. The Triumph 7 comes with a breathable upper that is sure to keep your feet well ventilated while running in warmer spring and summer temperatures by reducing sweat and helping prevent hot spots. For those that are hard on your feet, the Triumph 7 comes with Saucony’s full length Response Tek system that helps absorb the shock and spread it through the entire shoe, preventing your feet from taking in all the pressure on only the strike points. The outsole of this shoe is made of a XT-900 rubber which allows for excellent traction without sacrificing durability. We recommend the Saucony ProGrid Triumph 7 for individuals that are a little lighter on their feet, as we found the cushioning to be lacking a little for heavier runners. Overall, we found the Triumph 7 to be a nice option for neutral runners who like a low profile shoe.
