Fall is my favorite time of year to get outside for a run. The shorter days mean less visibility to others (especially cars), so I was excited to try out the Hi Vis Headsweats Supervisor.
Headsweats Supervisor Fit and Features
The visor is a nice electric yellow color and at 2 ounces, is very lightweight. Sometimes “one size fits most” for visors doesn’t apply to me. In this case the headband was nice and snug and required no adjustment straight out of the box. I noticed a sleeker profile than previous Headsweats visors that I have worn in the past.

The snug headband made for an easy fit
I took Headsweats Supervisor out in daytime and evening runs, as well as a fall hike with the family. The Coolmax fabric worked as expected to wick sweat away. The dark under-brim also prevented excess glare during the day. I was able to pair it with my sunglasses without anything feeling too snug. It really felt like I had nothing on my head. Product marketing in full effect with “Headsweats” prominently displayed on the band.

The Coolmax fabric wicks the moisture away
For those evening runs, the visor did a great job at both wicking away sweat and improving my visibility to vehicles. My husband noted that when cars passed by, the piping (made from their own Eventure™ reflective material) really popped.

The Eventure piping glows when light hits it
The Bottom Line
The Headsweats Supervisor checks all of the boxes that a runner should look for in a visor with the added bonus of boosting safety. It would be perfect for the road runner looking for a lightweight, stylish visor to add to their fall running gear stash. See more at www.headsweats.com or www.amazon.com/heatsweats.
