Sugoi is a Japanese word that means “incredible”. We think this Canadian manufacturer of outdoor sports clothing chose their name well. RSR is Sugoi’s designation for their premium sports gear, and the RSR running short is a worthy member of that classification. The RSR short is a technical running short with a longer inseam (9″) for serious runners that are not necessarily down with that leggy, split-shorts look. The main material of this short is super lightweight, and we were very impressed with how great it wicked on long runs even in super hot temperatures. The rear of the short is equipped with a zippered pocket which is angled for easy access during runs and is perfect for a key, gel, or your ID. Overall, we think the Sugoi RSR running short is the perfect choice for the performance-oriented runner looking for a longer-length short.
