Sugoi has always been a favorite of ours for outstanding craftsmanship and great quality. The RSR Sleeveless running top is no exception. This sleeveless top is part of Sugoi’s RSR line, their premium active gear line. It features their best wicking fabric, which Sugoi calls “Gobi”, and we found it to be great for hot weather running, even suitable for sweatbox treadmill workouts. Sugoi has also developed this material to be ultra snag-resistant, and after several runs we don’t detect any deterioration of the fabric surface at all. The RSR top has a zippered pocket on the rear which is positioned for easy access on the run and was perfect for a gel packet or that 5-spot that you bring along in case you have a Slurpee jones on your cool down! The RSR does feature a fitted cut, which we really liked for its fast feel and unobtrusive line, but make sure you try this top on before buying or size up one size from your usual running top size. Perhaps the only qualm we had with this top was the size of the neck opening, which seemed a bit too small for comfort.
From Sugoi:
The RSR S/L comes in five fun color combos and features a semi-fitted look. The Gobi fabric is ideal for hot weather performance, and the sleeveless T-shirt has superior snag resistance. The RSR S/L boasts a comfortable stretch with a next-to-body friction free fit for less drag.
