The Brooks LSD Thermal Jackets is an excellent jacket to wear on frigid winter days when others may turn to their treadmills for a workout. The LSD Thermal Jacket is a water and wind resistant outer layer that kept us toasty on sub 20-degree runs. The LSD Thermal Jacket was updated for the 2009 winter season; the body continues to provide 60 gram PrimaLoft fill, while the arms now have 40 gram PrimaLoft. The LSD Thermal has side stretch panels that are highly breathable to help keep you dry on the inside and prevent the rebound chills one may get during high intensity exercise or longer running bouts. Testers really liked the soft inner lining, including the collar, and long sleeves that come with storm cuffs; storm cuffs are an extra layer of fabric to keep cold air from entering via the wrists. We also liked the ease of cinching the waistline of the jacket and the waterproof chest audio pocket that can house your mp3 player safely. The Brooks LSD Thermal Jacket comes in white with blue accents that helps increase visibility during cloudy winter months. The Brooks LSD Thermal Jacket is a great outer layer for not only running, and may also be useful in high intensity winter activities such as snowshoeing and Nordic skiing. how much it cost if i buy this jacket, thanks:)
sorry, anne, but this jacket is no longer available. For warmth I would check out Brooks Silver Bullet Jacket (aluminum warmth layer), Infiniti Jacket (wind/waterproof), or Playground Jacket (light fill).
