The Brooks Pulse Lite Glove is an excellent light weight and breathable glove for fall, spring, and even mild winter days. The Pulse Lite is made from Podium Waffle Mesh which provides a light layer of warmth and excellent moisture transfer when your hands start to heat up. Testers enjoyed the wide wrist band because they felt it helped to lock in heat and prevent the entrance of cold air while on the run. Testers also liked the retractable thumb pad that allows you to change your tunes without having to remove your entire glove. Another nice feature is the sticky finish on the thumb and index fingers which can help you track your splits and operate your watch with ease.
